If you are unhappy with your order, we accept unused items which must be returned within 30 days for internet purchases. All parts must be returned in a re-saleable and unused condition along with our purchase order number. To begin the returns process, please contact our sales team who will be able to provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number. All returns will not include charges already made for postage and packaging.
Sales of parts going onto third parties are excluded from warranty as their handling and qualification is not verified.
If you receive a faulty product, this will be inspected upon return before an exchange or refund is provided.
Batteries are deemed to be consumable, therefore no warranty is intended other than manufacturing fault up to a period of three months.
