All the Spares supplied by Stairlift Spares have a no quibble twelve month guarantee, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. If you need to return your spares, please contact us giving details and reasons for the return, we will give you a returns number and arrange for the spares to be collected. The spares will either be replaced or a credit will be raised for the part returned, this will not include charges already made for post and packing.

Yes. You should receive a confirmation email within an hour of order placement. You will also receive a shipment confirmation once your package has been prepared for shipment.

Packages ship from our corporate office in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire.

In general, shipments in the United Kingdom take no longer than 2 business days.
